This is a collaboration with several researchers in the Center for Chemical Currencies of Microbial Planet (C-COMP). For this, I am combining genomics, proteomics, and metabolomics to develop a mechanistic understanding of metabolic processes in a wide range of ecologically relevant phytoplankton taxa.
